Responsibilities
- Confidently present product to clients using storytelling and technical detail.
- Build maintain and develop a clientele using the company CRM platform.
- Develop and maintain product and industry knowledge for the showroom.
- Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage.
- Support the client experience within showroom hospitality guidelines.
- Use company systems hardware and software independently to perform duties.
- Complete administrative tasks that support the client experience.
- Receive and deliver client repairs and turn clients to team members when required.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience.
- Excellent storytelling and client service skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office.
- Schedule flexibility including evenings and weekends; ability to stand for long periods.
