Responsibilities

• Present product to clients using storytelling and technical detail while creating a hospitable atmosphere.
• Build and maintain clientele using the company CRM and relationship-building techniques.
• Develop and maintain product and industry knowledge for brands and collections carried in the showroom.
• Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage.
• Support the client experience and showroom hospitality guidelines, including turning clients to team members when appropriate.
• Use company systems, complete administrative tasks, and take in or deliver client repairs as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Minimum 1 year retail sales experience.
• Excellent storytelling, client service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Passion for timepieces and/or jewelry and strong product knowledge.
• Ability to multitask, work as part of a team, and maintain professional conduct.
• Schedule flexibility for showroom hours including evenings and weekends; able to stand for long periods and lift packages when required; computer literate (MS Office).
