Responsibilities

• Present products to clients using storytelling and technical detail while creating a hospitable atmosphere
• Build maintain and develop clientele using the company CRM platform
• Develop and maintain product and industry knowledge for brands collections and pieces
• Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage
• Support showroom hospitality guidelines and turn clients over to team members as needed
• Independently use required company systems hardware and software
• Complete administrative responsibilities that support the client experience
• Take in and deliver client repairs when required
• Perform duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma
• At least 1 year retail sales experience
• Excellent client service selling and storytelling skills
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work as a team and multitask in a fast paced environment
• Comfort standing for long periods and ability to lift packages or boxes
• Computer literate with MS Office
