Responsibilities
- Present product to clients using storytelling and technical detail while creating a hospitable atmosphere.
- Build maintain and develop a clientele using the company CRM platform.
- Develop and maintain product and industry knowledge for showroom collections.
- Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage.
- Support the client experience within showroom hospitality guidelines.
- Use company systems hardware and software to complete job duties.
- Complete administrative tasks that support the client experience.
- Take in and deliver client repairs when required.
- Assist team members and turn clients over to colleagues as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Minimum 1 year retail sales experience.
- Excellent client service selling and storytelling skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and multitask in a fast paced environment.
- Computer literate with MS Office proficiency.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift packages or boxes as needed.
