Summary

The Sales Specialist supports boutique sales goals and delivers an exceptional client experience in a luxury retail environment. This role works with the sales and selling support teams while maintaining operational and asset protection standards.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual sales goals and contribute to the boutique's collective targets.
• Maintain an organized, replenished selling floor and assist with inventory preparation.
• Process accurate transactions and provide administrative support for after-sales service.
• Follow asset protection procedures, support inventory counts, and deliver attentive client service.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales experience; luxury experience preferred.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with open availability to meet business needs.
• Ability to lift 0-25 lbs. without assistance and work in person at the designated location.
