Summary
Sales Specialist responsible for achieving individual and boutique sales goals while delivering high levels of client service in a luxury retail environment. Role includes maintaining selling floor standards, supporting inventory and POS accuracy, practicing asset protection procedures, and assisting with after sales service as needed.
Responsibilities
- Meet monthly and annual individual sales targets and contribute to boutique goals
- Organize and maintain selling floor presentation and stock essential retail supplies
- Process transactions accurately and maintain CRM and sales records
- Support inventory preparation and participate in cycle counts and physical inventory
- Follow asset protection procedures including tagging, key control, and bag checks
- Communicate POS discrepancies to management and assist with administrative after sales tasks
- Provide prompt friendly client service including assistance with wrapping and packaging
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation at all times
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred
- Strong relationship building and communication skills
- Ability to multi task and work both independently and collaboratively
- Strong organizational skills and open availability to meet business needs
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
- Attention to detail for POS accuracy and inventory procedures
- Commitment to following asset protection and loss prevention guidelines
