Sales Specialist - Plaza Del Lago

Summary

Provide exceptional client service and achieve individual and boutique sales goals at the Plaza Del Lago boutique. Maintain selling floor standards, support POS accuracy, and follow asset protection procedures while collaborating with the sales team and management in a fast paced luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly and annual individual sales targets and contribute to boutique goals
• Organize and maintain the selling floor stock and visual merchandising standards
• Process transactions accurately and maintain CRM and POS records
• Support after sales administrative tasks and communicate POS discrepancies
• Assist with inventory preparation and participate in cycle counts
• Adhere to asset protection procedures including tagging ticketing and key control
• Provide high level client service including greeting assisting and packaging at POS

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Luxury retail experience preferred
• Strong relationship building and communication skills
• Ability to multitask work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and open availability
• Ability to lift 0-25 lbs without assistance
