Summary
Provide exceptional client service and achieve individual and boutique sales targets in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. Support day-to-day boutique operations including merchandising, POS accuracy, inventory assistance, and asset protection under the guidance of management. Maintain high standards of presentation and client experience consistent with brand expectations.
Responsibilities
- Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals and contribute to boutique targets.
- Organize and maintain the selling floor, replenish stock and follow visual merchandising guidelines.
- Process transactions accurately, maintain CRM and sales records, and support after sales service.
- Partner with management on POS discrepancies and report variances by end of day.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and sales areas.
- Comply with asset protection procedures including tagging, key control, and bag checks.
- Participate in inventory preparation and monthly cycle counts.
- Deliver prompt, friendly client service and assist with wrapping and packaging at POS.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Strong relationship development and communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task, stay even-tempered, and work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and open availability to meet business needs.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance.
- Attention to detail for POS accuracy and inventory procedures.
- Commitment to maintaining asset protection and merchandise security guidelines.
