Summary
Provide exceptional client service and meet individual and boutique sales goals while maintaining boutique standards and supporting operational procedures in a luxury retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and annual individual sales targets and support boutique team goals
- Organize and maintain the selling floor including stocking bags, boxes, ribbon and stationery
- Replenish merchandise receipts following visual merchandising guidelines and ensure proper ticketing
- Assist with inventory preparation and participate in cycle counts and physical inventory
- Process transactions accurately and maintain CRM and POS records
- Support after sales administrative tasks and communicate POS variances to management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and sales area
- Adhere to asset protection procedures including sign in sheets bag checks and key control
- Provide high levels of client service including greeting assisting and packaging at point of sale
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
- Strong relationship development and communication skills
- Ability to multitask remain even tempered and work independently
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Open availability to meet business scheduling needs
- Ability to lift 0-25 lbs without assistance
- Willingness to follow asset protection and operational procedures
