Summary
Sales Specialist responsible for achieving individual and boutique sales goals while delivering high levels of luxury customer service and supporting operational and asset protection standards in a fast paced boutique environment.
Responsibilities
- Meet monthly and annual individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Organize and maintain the selling floor including stocking bags, boxes, stationery and displays.
- Process POS transactions accurately and maintain CRM records and after sales support.
- Assist with inventory preparation and participate in cycle counts and physical inventory.
- Follow asset protection procedures such as sign in sheets, bag checks, tagging and key control.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and sales floor to VM standards.
- Provide prompt friendly client service including wrapping and packaging at POS.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience; luxury retail experience preferred.
- Strong relationship development and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, stay even tempered and work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and open availability to meet business needs.
- Ability to lift 0-25 lbs without assistance.
