The Sales/Stock Support Associate serves clients and supports daily stockroom operations at the Tribeca location. The role combines customer service and sales with receiving, preparing, and organizing merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients, provide basic product and brand information, and process sales using the POS system.
• Receive, unpack, and prepare merchandise for the selling floor.
• Maintain stockroom organization, cleanliness, and inventory operations.
• Carry out directives from the store manager and corporate office.

Requirements

• Prior retail or boutique experience handling high-end goods and serving clientele is a plus.
