Sales & Stock Support - Yorkville

Summary

Support the Fashion Boutique team with customer service, administrative tasks, and back-of-house operations. Help maintain inventory integrity and uphold boutique standards through teamwork, organization, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client, colleague, management, and Head Office inquiries in a timely and appropriate manner.
• Assist on the shop floor with welcoming clients and presenting collections as needed.
• Prepare packaging, assist with gift wrapping, and document and deliver messages.
• Support inventory management, including shipments, transfers, and cycle counts.
• Execute after-sales tasks and keep inventory and back-office areas organized.
• Prepare and stock Cash and Wrap stations while maintaining confidentiality.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail operations or stock experience.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving.
• Customer-service orientation, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work across teams.
• Fluent English; a second language is an asset.
