Sales & Stock Support - Yorkville

Summary

The Sales & Stock Support member of the Heart of House team provides administrative and back-of-house support to the boutique, ensuring seamless inventory operations and delivering excellent customer service on the shop floor when required. This permanent, full-time role helps maintain inventory integrity, prepares packaging and supports after-sales tasks while keeping back-office areas organized.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong client and internal colleague communication, responding promptly to inquiries and documenting messages for Fashion Advisors.
• Assist on the sales floor as needed, welcoming clients, presenting collections and escorting clients as appropriate.
• Manage inventory activities including shipments, transfers, cycle counts, consolidation and after-sales tasks to ensure inventory integrity.
• Prepare packaging and gift wrapping, maintain cash and wrap stations, and keep back-office areas clean and stocked.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail operations and/or stock experience with knowledge of shipping and receiving.
• Customer-service oriented with strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
• Fluent English; additional language is an asset.
