Responsibilities- Motivate the team and empower an environment of teamwork, trust, and collaboration in the store.
- Drive sales and achieve sales goals through sales strategies, clienteling, sourcing new customers, and fostering long-term relationships with existing customers.
- Maximize sales and measure sales performance and conversion rates daily, regularly assessing the business and making recommendations based on strengths and opportunities.
- Lead by example and enable a client-centric environment by providing outstanding service to our customers and continuous client development.
- Support in-store operations as needed, including visual merchandising, opening/closing procedures, and inventory management.
- Train, coach, and develop sales associates in partnership with the Store Manager.
- Assist the Store Manager in daily briefs with communication on sales, client outreaches, KPIs, and product performance.
- Lead the selling floor, assist the team in hosting clients, and coach them to enhance the retail experience and clienteling.
- Create and foster strong working relationships with external partners, including Concession Shop Stores.
Requirements- 5+ years of retail experience, preferably with at least 2 years of management or supervisory experience in a luxury setting.
- Vast knowledge of Leather Goods and CRM Experience.
- Strong knowledge and passion for the brand and luxury industry.
- Strong sales floor presence and a client-focused mindset.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
