Job Description

Summary

Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching and developing the team, and maintaining store standards and procedures. Role involves operational duties including opening and closing the store and ensuring the sales floor and stockroom are organized. Position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays and a passion for the brand.

Responsibilities

  • Drive individual and store sales to meet or exceed commercial KPIs
  • Lead the sales floor and deliver a customer first experience
  • Build client relationships through styling expertise and product knowledge
  • Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
  • Coach and develop team members and foster collaboration
  • Maintain guest ready environment and elevated client journey
  • Open and close the store according to procedure
  • Ensure sales floor and stockroom are organized
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role
  • Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
  • Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office
  • Passion for the brand and product offering
  • Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
