Summary
Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management at the Clarksburg Premium Outlet by driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching team members, and maintaining store standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build client relationships
- Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming at all times
- Provide styling expertise seasonal trend and product knowledge to build sales
- Manage stages of the client journey to drive repeat business
- Initiate client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Open and close the store according to procedure and maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in retail sales or related customer service role
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience generating sales and developing client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational follow up and time management abilities
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Computer skills including operating a POS and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
