Job Description

Summary

Support store management at the Denver Premium Outlet location by driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching the sales team, and ensuring store standards and policies are maintained. Assist with daily operations including opening and closing the store and organizing the sales floor and stockroom. Act as a product and brand expert to build client relationships and achieve commercial KPIs.

Responsibilities

  • Drive individual and store sales to meet or exceed KPIs
  • Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience
  • Coach and develop team members and foster collaboration
  • Maintain guest ready store presentation and organized stockroom
  • Build client relationships through styling expertise and product knowledge
  • Initiate client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
  • Open and close the store following company procedures
  • Implement and enforce company policies and corporate initiatives
  • Continuously seek feedback and maintain a learning attitude

Requirements

  • 3+ years of retail or sales experience focused on customer service
  • Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
  • Passion for the brand and product knowledge
  • Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
