Job Description

Summary

Experienced retail leader responsible for supporting store management to mentor and develop the team, build client relationships, and drive sales while delivering a luxury client experience. Champion specific product categories and contribute to strategy and operations to achieve business goals. Serve as an ambassador for the brand and uphold brand positioning in the market.

Responsibilities

  • Support Store Manager and Team Managers in daily store operations and strategy execution
  • Mentor and develop sales team members to improve performance
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Drive sales results through proactive selling and client development
  • Champion and promote a specific product category
  • Assist with floor management and merchandising to reflect brand standards
  • Contribute to achievement of sales goals and store targets
  • Ensure operational tasks are completed accurately and on time

Requirements

  • Proven retail leadership experience, typically at Store Manager or Team Lead level
  • Strong client service and sales skills in a luxury retail environment
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills
