Summary
Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management at the Fashion Valley location by driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching and developing the team, and maintaining store standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build client relationships
- Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming
- Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
- Manage client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Open and close the store according to company procedures
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Computer skills including operating a POS and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
