Summary
The Sales Supervisor supports store management at the Forum Shops location, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and coaching the retail team. This role helps implement company policies and maintain store standards while leading the sales floor and ensuring guest readiness.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build client relationships
- Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming at all times
- Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
- Initiate client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Coach team members and foster collaboration and open communication
- Open and close the store according to company procedures
- Maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail sales or related customer service role
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office navigation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Demonstrates customer empathy and a learning mindset
