- Maintain the aesthetic quality of the store and open/close the boutique as required.
- Handle communication with the corporate office in the absence of management and ensure loss prevention procedures are followed.
- Manage product transfers in the absence of management.
Requirements- Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in jewelry or high-end luxury products.
- Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Ability to stand on the sales floor for 90% of the workday and perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and using a ladder.
