Summary
Responsible for achieving individual and boutique sales goals while maintaining luxury service standards and operational asset protection. Supports merchandise flow, POS accuracy, opening and closing procedures, and client service in a fast paced boutique environment.
Responsibilities
- Meet monthly and annual individual sales targets and contribute to boutique goals
- Organize and maintain selling floor and workstation including merchandising and stock replenishment
- Process transactions accurately including POS receipts CRM files SKUs and payment verification
- Perform opening and closing procedures including till reconciliation and store access protocols
- Approve routine returns and exchanges and escalate exceptional requests to management
- Support inventory preparation and participate in cycle counts and physical inventory
- Follow asset protection procedures including key log control bag checks and EAS tagging
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and client service areas
- Provide high level client service including greeting assisting wrapping and after sales support
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of selling or supervisory experience
- Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
- Strong relationship development and communication skills
- Ability to multi task remain even tempered and work independently and with a team
- Strong organizational skills and open availability to meet business needs
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs without assistance
- Familiarity with POS and inventory procedures
