Summary
Responsible for achieving individual and boutique sales objectives while maintaining operational and asset protection standards in a luxury retail environment. Supports sales floor organization, POS accuracy, inventory preparation, opening and closing procedures, and high levels of client service.
Responsibilities
- Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals and contribute to boutique targets.
- Organize and maintain selling floor merchandise standards and workstation supplies.
- Support merchandise flow including replenishment, tagging, and ticketing.
- Process transactions accurately including CRM updates, SKUs, payments, and client verification.
- Perform opening and closing procedures for tills and ensure asset monitoring and reporting.
- Approve routine returns and exchanges and obtain management approval for exceptions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstation and selling areas.
- Follow asset protection procedures including alarm protocols, key log controls, bag checks, and inventory preparation.
- Participate in physical inventory and monthly cycle counts as directed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of selling and or supervisory experience.
- Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
- Strong relationship development and communication skills.
- Ability to multi task and work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Strong organizational skills and open availability to meet business needs.
- Ability to lift 0-25 lbs without assistance.
- Demonstrated attention to detail in POS and asset protection procedures.
