Sales Supervisor

Summary

The Sales Supervisor drives individual sales and supports the store team in delivering exceptional customer service and meeting business goals. In the absence of store management, this role oversees store staff and ensures that company standards and brand values are upheld.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in customer service, product knowledge, and store standards while motivating the team to achieve sales goals and KPIs.
• Build and develop a client base, schedule appointments, and provide styling and product recommendations.
• Oversee store operations in the absence of management, including opening and closing, floor coverage, inventory, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, and resolution of customer concerns.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a luxury environment or similar industry, including retail sales with high-end goods and clientele.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office; experience with Teamwork or similar retail systems is preferred.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with a store team while delivering strong customer service.
• An established clientele following is preferred.
