Summary

The Outlet Team Supervisor supports the Store Manager in driving sales, operational excellence, and a positive customer and colleague experience. This role leads by example and provides coaching and oversight across selling, service, merchandising, and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store functions in the Store Manager's absence.
• Coach, train, and develop colleagues to meet sales and service goals.
• Ensure a welcoming customer experience and maintain a clean, easy-to-shop store.
• Oversee operational tasks, scheduling adjustments, merchandise execution, and asset protection.
• Support onboarding, performance management, and the use of store technology.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and adaptability skills.
• Comfort using computers and multiple technology devices.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
