Summary
The Sales Supervisor supports store management in day to day operations at the Keystone store, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and coaching the sales team to uphold brand standards and company policies.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build client relationships
- Maintain store readiness so clients feel welcomed and comfortable
- Provide styling expertise, product knowledge, and seasonal trend guidance to build sales
- Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Open and close the store according to company procedure
- Ensure sales floor and stockroom are well organized
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
