Summary
Store-based Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting management in daily store operations, driving sales, delivering an elevated customer experience, and coaching and developing the sales team. Role includes implementing company policies and maintaining store standards at the King of Prussia location.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Ensure the store is guest ready and welcoming
- Build sales through product knowledge, styling expertise and trend guidance
- Manage stages of the client journey to drive repeat business
- Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Open and close the store according to procedure and maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry-adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
- Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office navigation
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
