Summary
The Sales Supervisor will support store leadership by delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating advanced product knowledge, and driving sales growth through strong team coaching and floor management. This role acts as a link between management and sales associates and helps ensure operational excellence across daily store functions.
Responsibilities
- Support store manager in coordinating daily store operations.
- Perform opening and closing procedures and assist with deposits and merchandise check in.
- Supervise sales transactions to ensure accuracy and adherence to cash protection procedures.
- Coach and mentor sales staff to meet and exceed sales objectives.
- Engage directly in promoting and selling products to customers.
- Maintain and merchandise the sales floor to brand standards.
- Build and maintain a clientele book to drive repeat business.
- Assist store manager with operational tasks to ensure excellence.
- Motivate employees on objective sales to exceed goals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years luxury retail experience in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to coach staff and build effective working relationships.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and adapt in a fast paced environment.
- Proficiency with POS systems, personal computers, and MS Office.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate.
