Sales Supervisor

Summary

The Sales Supervisor supports store management with day-to-day operations at the Marc Jacobs Vacaville Premium Outlets store. This role drives sales, delivers an exceptional customer experience, and coaches and develops the team while helping maintain store standards.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed individual and store sales goals and commercial KPIs.
• Lead the sales floor to provide elevated customer experiences and build lasting client relationships.
• Share styling expertise, seasonal trends, product knowledge, and brand knowledge with clients.
• Initiate client outreach and follow up on sales, events, and inquiries.
• Support store opening and closing procedures and keep the sales floor and stockroom organized.
• Partner with management to implement policies, procedures, and company initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer service role.
• Prior leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience generating sales and building client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Computer skills, including experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
