Summary
The Sales Supervisor supports store management at the North Park location, driving sales, coaching the team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences while maintaining store standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Maintain a guest ready environment where clients feel welcomed
- Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
- Manage client journey behaviors to drive repeat business
- Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Open and close the store according to procedures and maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
- Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
- Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office navigation
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
