Sales Supervisor - Opry Mills

Summary

The Sales Supervisor supports store management at the Opry Mills location, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experience, coaching the team, and ensuring store standards and company policies are followed. This role assists with day-to-day operations including opening and closing the store and maintaining organized sales floor and stockroom areas.

Responsibilities

• Drive individual and store sales to achieve commercial KPIs
• Lead the sales floor to deliver an elevated customer experience
• Coach and develop team members to build client relationships
• Implement and enforce company policies and corporate initiatives
• Maintain store presentation and ensure the store is guest ready
• Manage opening and closing procedures
• Initiate client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
• Organize sales floor and stockroom operations
• Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or an industry adjacent role focused on customer service
• Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational, follow up, and time management skills
• Passion for the brand and product knowledge
• Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
