Summary
The Sales Supervisor supports store management at the Philadelphia Premium Outlet location, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and coaching the team. This role enforces company policies and maintains store standards while supporting day to day operations including opening and closing the store.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Maintain a guest ready store environment where clients feel welcomed
- Provide styling expertise seasonal trend and product knowledge to build sales
- Develop client relationships through regular contact and prompt follow up
- Coach and develop team members and foster collaboration and open communication
- Organize sales floor and stockroom and ensure store standards are maintained
- Open and close the store according to procedure and adhere to company policies
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience generating sales and building client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
- Computer skills including POS operation and Microsoft Office navigation
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
