Summary
Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management at the St. Louis Premium Outlet location, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experience, coaching and developing the team, and ensuring store standards and company policies are maintained.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build customer relationships
- Maintain a guest ready environment where clients feel welcomed
- Provide styling expertise product knowledge and promote seasonal trends
- Manage client journey stages to drive repeat business and follow up on inquiries
- Open and close the store according to procedure
- Ensure sales floor and stockroom are organized
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
- Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office navigation
- Flexible to work retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Passion for the brand and product offering
