Summary
The Sales Supervisor will support store management with day-to-day operations at the St Louis Premium Outlets location, driving sales, coaching the team, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences and store standards are maintained.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build client relationships
- Maintain a guest ready environment where clients feel welcomed
- Provide styling expertise product knowledge and seasonal trend guidance
- Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales events and inquiries
- Open and close the store according to company procedure
- Ensure sales floor and stockroom are well organized
- Support implementation and enforcement of company policies procedures and initiatives
- Foster collaboration and continuous learning with colleagues and management
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to generate sales and develop client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational follow up and time management skills
- Computer skills including operating a POS and Microsoft Office
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
