Sales Supervisor

As a Sales Supervisor at Ralph Lauren in Los Angeles, you will play a crucial role in achieving individual sales goals by consistently delivering a memorable shopping experience to our customers. You will support the management team in exceeding customer expectations and achieving financial goals.

• Perform opening and closing procedures of the store, including managing registers and handling returns and exchanges in the absence of a manager.
• Support the management team with daily tasks and uphold customer service and training standards.
• Communicate training needs to management and partner with managers to check updates on Task Tracker and Retailweb.
• Achieve or exceed annual sales volume objectives and formulate action plans to maximize business opportunities.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain knowledge of Polo’s product and visual presentation standards.
• Participate in merchandising activities, including stock maintenance and floor changeovers.
• Maintain a professional appearance and environment consistent with Polo’s lifestyle philosophy.

• 2 - 4 years of retail sales experience, preferably within the luxury retail market.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers, management, and co-workers.
