Summary
Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management at the Scottsdale Fashion Square location including driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching and developing the sales team, and maintaining store standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience and build client relationships
- Maintain guest ready store environment where clients feel welcomed
- Provide styling expertise and product knowledge to build sales
- Manage client journey behaviors to drive repeat business
- Initiate regular client contact and follow up on sales and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Open and close the store according to company procedures
- Ensure sales floor and stockroom are well organized
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail, sales, or industry-adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills
- Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office suite
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Flexibility to work retail schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays
