Summary
Responsible for overseeing store operations from receiving to floor presentation to ensure merchandise is processed, organized, and displayed to Ralph Lauren standards while supporting the sales team and delivering a premium customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, inspect, price, tag and process incoming shipments for accuracy and condition
- Replenish sales floor and maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness
- Support sales floor associates by conducting stock checks and delivering requested merchandise
- Lead operational projects and process improvements to increase efficiency
- Execute reticketing, RFID tag tasks and price updates
- Coordinate back of house and sales floor activities to meet productivity benchmarks
- Assist with visual merchandising and seasonal floor resets to maintain brand standards
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members and support talent acquisition efforts
- Enforce company policies and support risk management and compliance procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years of retail supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of retail operations, policies and best practices
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom
- Flexible availability including days evenings and weekends
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships
