Summary
Responsible for achieving individual sales objectives while providing outstanding customer service and supporting boutique operations in Scottsdale. Acts as key holder with responsibilities for opening and closing the boutique, supporting loss prevention, and assisting customers with product knowledge and basic after sales service.
Responsibilities
- Achieve preset sales objectives and develop clientele.
- Capture and maintain client information to promote boutique relationships and sales.
- Provide outstanding customer service and strong product knowledge of collections.
- Perform simple pen repair and after sales service techniques as needed.
- Maintain the aesthetic quality and merchandising of the store.
- Open and close boutique as required and handle communications with corporate in absence of management.
- Ensure loss prevention procedures are followed according to protocol.
- Assist with transfers and operational tasks in absence of management.
- Support inventory tasks including unpacking and lifting product boxes.
Requirements
- Previous retail sales experience; luxury product or jewelry experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with ability to build trust and effective relationships.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and computer skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High school graduate or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand on the sales floor for most of the workday and perform reaching and bending tasks.
- Occasional ability to use a ladder and lift/unpack large boxes.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
