The Sales Supervisor supports store leadership in developing the team and achieving company and individual sales goals. This role delivers personalized customer experiences while presenting and educating customers on ready-to-wear and custom-made products.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in leading, developing, and training store employees.
• Present and educate customers on product fit, construction, and style.
• Use professional sales practices to achieve personal and store sales goals and metrics.
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays in accordance with visual guidelines.
• Coordinate with store support teams and Human Resources on resources, policies, and employee development.
