Summary
Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management with day to day operations at the Toronto Premium Outlet location. Role focuses on driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experience, coaching and developing the team, and maintaining store standards and policies.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build client relationships
- Ensure the store is guest ready and maintain welcoming environment
- Provide styling expertise seasonal trend and product knowledge to drive sales
- Manage client contact follow up for sales events and inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Open and close the store according to procedure and maintain organized sales floor and stockroom
- Implement and enforce company policies procedures and corporate initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role with focus on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to generate sales build and develop client relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Flexible to work retail schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
- Demonstrates passion empathy and client centric approach
