Job Description

Summary

As a Sales Supervisor at the Vancouver Outlet, you will support the management team in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for coaching and developing the team, implementing company policies, and ensuring store standards are maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve or exceed individual and store sales targets and other commercial KPIs.
  • Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience and build loyal customer relationships.
  • Ensure the store is guest ready and provides a welcoming environment.
  • Establish yourself as an expert in styling, seasonal trends, and product knowledge.
  • Illustrate the client journey and core behaviors needed for an elevated experience.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of Marc Jacobs Universe, including product and brand DNA.
  • Initiate regular client contact and follow-up on sales, events, or inquiries.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Maintain a curious and learning attitude by seeking feedback.
  • Open and close the store according to procedures.
  • Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are well-organized.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in retail, sales, or a related role with a focus on customer service.
  • Prior leadership experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience in generating sales and developing client relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates passion and empathy for clients, exceeding expectations.
  • Embraces change and new opportunities while staying true to the brand.
  • Promotes curiosity, diversity, and collaboration.
  • Excellent organizational, follow-up, and time management skills.
  • Passion for the Marc Jacobs brand and product offering.
  • Proficient in operating a POS and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
