Summary
Sales Supervisor responsible for supporting store management at the Woodbury location by driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, coaching and developing the team, and maintaining store standards and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed individual and store sales and commercial KPIs
- Lead the sales floor to deliver a customer first experience and build loyal customer relationships
- Maintain guest ready environment where clients feel welcomed and comfortable
- Provide styling expertise product knowledge and promote seasonal trends
- Manage client journey activities to drive repeat business and follow up on inquiries
- Foster collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management
- Open and close the store according to company procedures
- Ensure sales floor and stockroom are well organized
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in retail sales or industry adjacent role focused on customer service
- Prior leadership experience strongly preferred
- Experience generating sales and developing client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational follow up and time management skills
- Passion for the brand and product offering
- Computer skills including POS and Microsoft Office suite
- Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
