Responsibilities- Consistently achieve or exceed individual and store sales and other commercial KPIs.
- Lead the sales floor to deliver an excellent customer experience and build loyal customer relationships.
- Ensure the store is always guest-ready, providing a welcoming environment.
- Establish yourself as an expert in styling, seasonal trends, and product knowledge to drive sales.
- Illustrate the client journey and core behaviors needed for a unique and elevated experience.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of Marc Jacobs Universe, including product and brand DNA.
- Initiate regular client contact and provide prompt follow-up on sales, events, or inquiries.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication with colleagues and management.
- Maintain a curious and learning attitude by seeking feedback from colleagues and management.
- Open and close the store according to procedures.
- Ensure both the sales floor and stockroom are well-organized.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience in retail, sales, or a related role with a focus on customer service.
- Prior leadership experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience in generating sales and building client relationships.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrates passion and empathy for clients, exceeding expectations.
