Summary

The Sales Support Advisor supports an elevated client experience across front- and back-of-house activities. In partnership with sales, operations, visual merchandising, and management teams, this role helps deliver exceptional service, operational accuracy, and brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients, support client relationships, and contribute to store objectives.
• Capture accurate client information and partner with colleagues to provide seamless service.
• Retrieve and deliver products, support product care services, and maintain organized inventory flow.
• Assist with visual merchandising, inventory activities, replenishment, and store presentation.
• Build product and brand knowledge while contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience; luxury or client-focused experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• Organized, dependable, adaptable, and attentive to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and retail systems.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages are a plus.
