Summary

As a Sales Support you play a key role in the customer journey, fostering strong customer relationships through a personal, hospitality-driven approach. You will support store sales by executing stock, visual merchandising, and point-of-sale activities and assist with merchandise receiving and processing to floor-ready standards. The role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support store sales through accurate execution of stock, visual, and point-of-sale activities
• Create an engaging and welcoming environment for customers
• Assist with shipment receiving, processing, and making merchandise floor ready
• Maintain customer goods and carry out additional duties as directed by management
