The Sales Support plays a key role in the store by enabling a seamless customer journey and supporting the sales team. This role combines customer-facing hospitality with back-of-house responsibilities including stock, visual, and point-of-sale tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and team-focused.

Responsibilities

• Support store sales through accurate execution of stock, visual, and point-of-sale activities
• Provide an engaging and welcoming environment for customers
• Assist with merchandise handling, including shipment receiving and processing to floor-ready standards and maintenance of customer goods
• Carry out additional duties that support the sales team as directed by management
