Boutique Assistant

Summary

The Boutique Assistant supports Sales Associates and Reception to deliver an exceptional client experience and ensure smooth daily boutique operations. The role reports to the Sales Manager and includes boutique maintenance, merchandise handling, and participation in the Service Excellence Ceremony.

Responsibilities

• Replenish selling floor supplies and accurately backfill point-of-sale stations and desks.
• Support boutique opening and closing, including jewelry setup, pulling, and backstock maintenance.
• Maintain merchandise in proper condition in partnership with management and boutique administrators.
• Greet clients, assist with Reception duties, and follow client experience protocols and the Service Charter.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in a fast-paced luxury environment preferred.
• Strong organization, multitasking, computer, communication, and verbal skills.
• SAP familiarity and fluency in multiple languages are beneficial.
