Boutique Facilitator - Neiman Marcus

Summary

The Boutique Facilitator provides flexible sales and operational support in the boutique. This role helps maintain exceptional client service and supports the team across daily boutique activities.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and host clients while providing sales and service support.
• Assist with receiving and shipping inventory, cycle counts, and re-ticketing.
• Support product packaging, register opening and closing, and cash handling.
• Answer phone calls and help resolve client issues professionally.

Requirements

• At least one year of related experience and a high school diploma.
• Strong communication skills, a collaborative approach, and a passion for client experience.
• Flexible availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays; able to lift 15 pounds.
• Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
