Sales Support

Summary

As a Sales Support you will support the Sales team by ensuring the store is fully prepared and stocked throughout the working day. You will be responsible for receiving deliveries, organizing stock, and maintaining the sales floor so Sales Advisors can assist customers effectively. The role combines stockroom management with on-floor support during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Communicate closely with the Sales Team to coordinate stock and floor needs
• Ensure continuous shop floor stock replenishment
• Receive deliveries and organize stockroom and sales floor placement
• Partner with managers to place new arrivals on the sales floor
• Provide feedback to managers regarding stock concerns
• Maintain a neat, tidy, and organized stock area
• Collect customers' alterations, webstore, and custom-made items
• Assist sales advisors during peak hours to support the sales process

Requirements

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage stockroom tasks and replenishment efficiently
• 3+ years retail or stockroom experience preferred or equivalent
• Able to assist on the sales floor during peak periods and handle alterations/collections
