Sales & Support - The Sono Collection

Join our team at Nordstrom in The Sono Collection as a Sales & Support associate. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to provide exceptional customer service and support in various departments including Women's Apparel, Lingerie, Accessories, Women's Shoes, Kids Apparel & Shoes, and Stock/Fulfillment.

• Provide outstanding customer service and support in assigned departments.
• Assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stock area.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and store objectives.
• Participate in store events and promotions to enhance customer engagement.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
• No prior experience required, but a passion for fashion and customer service is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
